They may be different, but they were under the influence of the same wind; the one that told them that it's time to change.
Four children sat down in the grass; three girls and one boy.
"Why am I the only boy here?" A small kid asked awkwardly, his azure eyes filled with embarrassment. Receiving giggles as his answer, he blushed and looked down.
"Fine, I'll start then!" One of the girls stated, her blond hair floating wildly. "I'm Summer!" She said while waving her hands.
The rest of the group nodded, aknowledging her as the first season.
Another one stood up and cleared her throat. "I'm Autumn, nice to meet you." She had a few leaves on her auburn hair, but the others thought it was normal. "I'll be the second then." She said with a lazy smile on her face, before sitting down again.
The boy, who was now more confident, stood up too. "I'm Winter, and..." Noticing how the other girls stared at him curiously made him stutter. "I-I want to be the thrid season!" He squeaked while covering his face.
The last girl was too busy spacing out, so Summer poked her side, earning a yelp. "Oh, yeah yeah, I'm Spring. I guess I'm the last one, right?" She asked tilting her head, her pink bangs covering the side of her face.
"Yes! And then I go again, and then Autumn, and then shy boy..."
"H-hey!"
"And then you. And then..."
Autumn patted her back. "We got it, we got it."
"Then... What are we supposed to do now?" Winter asked shyly.
"Be friends of course!"
